In this one-of-a-kind virtual dance program, you'll learn: + How to get more comfortable with your movement (while navigating dysphoria, anxiety, and triggers) + How to build confidence through dance (even if you have 2 left feet) + How to find YOUR authentic sexiness while healing from trauma (hint: you may find it where Comfort and Confidence meet) Heels totally optional. All movements can be adapted, or practiced seated, standing or lying down. There's no right or wrong way to move, so come on in! All are welcome!
